Sadrakh Seskoadi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Law Firm Sadrakh Seskoadi & Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Pelita Harapan University and has been a member of the Indonesia Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2018. With 12 years of experience since 2012, Sadrakh has assisted clients ranging from individuals to national companies across various sectors, including F&B, oil & gas, manufacturing, property, logistics, and outsourcing. He is highly skilled in handling a wide range of legal matters, specializing in bankruptcy law, dispute resolution (both criminal and corporate commercial litigation), and administrative litigation. His expertise extends to managing complex, high profile cases and trial practices.
Joshua Gabriel Nainggolan

Daffa Brilliandana Pratama

Daffa is an Associate at Law Firm Sadrakh Seskoadi and Partners, holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta and a Master of Business Law from Universitas Islam Indonesia. His academic background is complemented by extensive professional experience in litigation before Indonesian courts. In litigation practice, he has represented and defended clients in various stages of both criminal and civil proceedings from case preparation, and hearings at the District Court level, to drafting and submitting appeals and counter-appeals before the Supreme Court, and attending execution proceedings. His work includes preparing defense briefs, examining witnesses and experts in court, negotiating and liaising with opposing counsel and law enforcement.
